Initial Set Up

• Provide us by e-mail or mail the best full color copy of your company logo and ideas about what you would like the ID badge to look like.  We will need to know of any special requirements such as: magnetic stripe, bar code, dual side printing, signature panel, etc.

• Our designers will take your information and create a full proof for you to approve.  Most often, the design is e-mailed to you in a PDF file.  Once approval is obtained, we are ready to begin making the custom ID cards.

• We can take digital photos at your location, at our facility or we can use digital photos that you send us as an attachment by e-mail

• Please send us information that goes on each of the badges.  If sending pictures by e-mail, send the pictures as an attachment to your e-mail.  Indicate in the e-mail the name of the picture file that corresponds to each name badge. Send this information to servicebureau@aplusid.com.

• Indicate which badge attachments your company would like to provide and we will send them to you with the completed badges within one to two days of photo receipt.

• Custom ID Badges, loyalty cards, membership cards and access control cards can also contain visual security features such as holograms, micro text and UV ink/images. for an additional charge.
  

When additional cards are needed

• E-mail us the photos and corresponding information. 

• We will locate your approved design maintained in our files and create the new badge(s).

• We will ship the replacement badges to you within 72 hours depending on the quantity and design attributes of your cards.

Payment Details

• There is a one time design fee which ranges based on the complexity of the design.  Card designs with a logo are a minimum of $55.

• Badge price is based on the quantity purchased as well as the requirements of the badge itself
