Evolis C5103 rewritable cards are CR8030 size and feature a rewritable surface on one side and a PVC finish with a high-coercivity magnetic stripe on the other side. CR8030 size card are also known as CR80.030 cards.

C5103 CR8030 cards measure 3.375” x 2.125” and are 30 mil thick, the same size as a standard credit card. The PVC side of the card may be printed with a full-color or monochrome resin ribbon. The rewritable surface features a blue thermal rewriting and they may be erased and re-printed up to 500 times.

High coercivity mag card are ideal for applications where the magnetic stripe is frequently swiped or needs to have a long life, such as access control and/or time and attendance cards. High coercivity stripes are resistant to damage from most magnets or magnetic fields. A card printer with encoding capabilities is need to encode data to magnetic stripes.
